Instructions
things you'll need:
- 2 pounds of chicken pieces
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of flour
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
- 3 cups vegetable oil for frying
- Vegetable oil

- 1Rinse the chicken pieces then pat them dry.
- 2Whisk milk and eggs together.
- 3Combine flour, salt and pepper in a resealable plastic bag.
- 4Dip a chicken piece in the milk then let the excess drip off.
- 5Drop the chicken in the plastic bag then shake to coat it in the flour.
- 6Remove the chicken and set aside on a covered plate.
- 7Repeat steps 4 to 6 with the remaining chicken pieces.
- 8Heat oil in a skillet.
- 9Fry the chicken in batches for around 10 minutes per side (breasts may cook a little quicker).
- 10Remove cooked chicken from the skillet and set aside on paper towels to drain off excess oil.
